- All surviving Tennessee census schedules 1810-1930
- Population schedules of the United States census for each of the 14 southern and border states from the earliest surviving census for that state through 1880
- Selected county records of 31 East Tennessee counties and six Middle Tennessee counties
- All 1500 volumes of Tennessee county records transcribed (typed) and usually indexed by the Tennessee WPA (1936-1942) (93 reels) from the master set in the Tennessee State Library and Archives

- Draper Manuscripts: 123 reels of microfilm containing 500 volumes of compiled original documents and research collected by Lyman C. Draper (1815-1891) on trans-Allegheny settlement, the French and Indian War, the American Revolution, and the War of 1812
