The 2013 East Tennessee district competition of Tennessee History Day, the state affiliate of the National History Day program, was held at the University of Tennessee on Monday, March 4.  First, second, and third place winners advance to the Tennessee History Day state competition in Nashville on April 20.  Fourth place serves as an alternate.
