The popular downtown home tour—a 30-year tradition started by the non-profit group City People—will now be hosted by the East Tennessee Historical Society.

The Downtown Homes Tour offers a unique opportunity to see what urban living has to offer and go inside private residences that showcase the variety of homes that exist in downtown Knoxville.

TICKETS (will go on sale in April).

General Admission Tickets $25

Admission to all homes on the tour
Must be purchased by June 8

VIP Tickets $100

Admission to all homes on the tour and admission to a private sponsor party in an exclusive location 5:30-7:30 pm Thursday, June 8
Must be purchased by June 1

General Admission Tickets and VIP Tickets can be purchased online or by calling 865-215-8824 or visiting the East Tennessee History Center at 601 S. Gay Street.
